COMPLETE FRAUD
Order ##FR42636 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service. I placed an order on 1st september 2025, and despite the fact that more than a month has passed, I have yet to receive my package. I have contacted your customer support multiple times, but my messages have gone unanswered. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Your failure to deliver the product and your complete lack of communication constitute a breach of contract. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days, I will be forced to take legal action to recover the amount paid, along with any additional damages incurred. Consider this my final warning before I escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and initiate legal proceedings.
