Useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I ordered from this company over 8 weeks ago and I have still not received my items despite several requests for updates. Ive had 1 email offering a discount, but still no items, and no reply to my request for a refund. Appalling!

Dogs Raincoat…
I ordered a dogs rain coat from them which I received but was unfortunately too small. I am now trying to get a return address and refund from them while being constantly fobbed off with emails from them telling me, “Your concern has been escalated to our relevant team, and we will update you as soon as we receive their feedback.” My first email requesting the return address was sent to them on the 20/9/25, I have lost count (maybe 6/7) of the pointless emails back from them. I would highly recommend you stay well clear of this company. Another AI response from FunnyFuzzy on Trustpilot not answering my question. I actually have the item.

Terrible site
Order placed on 28 July. It is still 'processing' at the start of October. After they offered 2 discounts for the long processing time, I requested a cancellation and refund last week and they have ignored my messages. Very scammy, will never use again.

Unglaublich schlecht!
Ich warte schon sehr lange auf meine Bestellung #FF36393D. Es kommt nichts und meine Mails mit Bitte um Rückmeldung bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich werde rechtliche Schritre einleiten, da es sich bei diesem Shop anscheinend um eine Betrugsmasche handelt. Unfassbar dreist.

Very poor shipping time and customer service
I just thought to check out Funny Fuzzy reviews because I am experiencing really bad service from them. Sure enough, I find out it is a common experience. I have received no confirmation of any shipping and have sent an order follow-up email with no reply. It appears they respond to complaints on this website efficiently, though. I hope my order is sent soon! *Further to my initial review, Funny Fuzzy has replied with an email address to contact them to resolve the order. I have already emailed them three times at this email with no reply. Still terrible customer service, even though they signal here that they are here to help you once you've submitted a review.

Would be 0 stars if possible. My wife ordered a dog bed from them on the 10th September and still nothing has been delivered! We had to contact them for them to say “there will be a delay” but no actual ETA at all, and here we are still without any delivery. Scam company who clearly do not care about their customers whatsoever. Do not use at any costs!
