Ordered the couch covers on the 14 June 25 and they still have not arrived.
Contact made in July and was told they would order them again !
Still no couch covers and $138 aus out of pocket

It's been over a month and I've been told that the bed I purchased is currently out of the country and that they are doing the best they can. I order from their direct site and I feel scammed and had an account. I will never purchase another product. $97 down the drain.

Updated review - upgraded from 1 to 3 stars
Update - Funny fuzzy reached out following this review and, after a couple of emails, we agreed that the order should be cancelled and payment refunded. I've received the refund today, as promised. I don't think they are a scam company, just not able to deliver in the timescales they promise. The products look fantastic and they have great marketing, it's just such a shame that they haven't worked out supply and delivery. Communication is hit and miss, I assume because of the sheer volume of emails they must receive to chase orders.
In summary, although it hasn't been the best experience and I'm disappointed not to receive the order I placed, they have been very apologetic and refunded my order in full. I do hope they can sort out these issues.
Order placed on 23rd August (FFPET272589). The shipping time is supposed to be 5-12 working days. I emailed them to chase the other on 14th September and got a reply offering me a 20% refund upon delivery, if I was prepared to wait.
I agreed and asked for expected timescales, which they were unable to give.
After a further 12 days I'd still heard nothing, so emailed again. I had no response and have since sent another 2 emails which have been ignored. I also regularly check junk mail and can confirm no further replies have been received.
They have taken my money, failed to deliver and have now stopped contact altogether.
I will update this review if I receive my order or a refund in the next 7 days. Otherwise I be taking legal action - the way this company operates is nothing short of theft.

J’ai biensur été débité immédiatement.
Sans retour du service client impossible d’être remboursé ou de savoir si la commande va arriver
A fuir !! J aurais du regarder les commentaires avant de commander ça m’aurait épargné bien des soucis !
