Cheap fake. Looks nothing like ad, no legs, fabric falling off, hinge barely works. Gross to take advantage of people’s concern for their elderly pups like this.

Horrible company, don't do business with. Misleading website that ships from China and takes over 5 weeks. Unacceptable communication and no solution for canceling order.

The website made claims that the order would be filled and shipped in 2 - 3 days but did not say it was coming from China. I didn't get my order for 8 weeks. Googled this Company and found this was a company who had many many complaints for this reason and poor quality products and was ordered to close the company but obviously they did not comply. Would not recommend anyone trust this company.

purchased item not delivered within posted shipping guidelines. Customer service was horrible: failed to address me by my proper name rather used my email address; failed to address the concern; failed to respond in a timely manner; and failed to respond. AND …. even though the purchase was made MONTHS ago, I continue to receive bogus ‘your item is shipping’ messages!!!!
