What I received was not what the picture showed. The bed I received was certainly not a large but rather a small to medium. The picture indicated the bed would be much larger than what I received. My 35lb dog barely fits on this bed.

Poor communication, ordered an item and emailed them 2 weeks later looking for an update, only then to be told there's a delay on my order. Asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued, only for them to offer a 10% discount instead. Reaffirmed that I want a full refund and to cancel my order...still haven't heard back yet. This is some scam-like behaviour

Way smaller than the pictures make it look. It was supposed to be xl & instead it's the size of a cat bed.

Haben vor einem Monat bestellt. Ware kommt nicht E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Sehe hier 1000 Beschwerden.
