Do not buy from this company there is no way to contact them they literally say they cannot talk to you by phone and they do not respond to emails I am disputing a charge .I have a receipt stating the items purchased would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Well it's 6 weeks later and no response to email. Look at reddit etc. they are shifty. If I had at least heard back and or they sent items I would not be writing this

Messaged customer support about my order not being shipped after about 3 weeks. Emailed, used the website contact form, and messaged on Instagram all with no reply. They state 24hr response times but I've had nothing for days. Will give it a few more days then will be sorting a refund if I don't hear anything. Edit: within 24hrs of posting this review they have replied as below. One of the contact methods I used was the support@funnyfuzzy email address, to which I still have no response. A lot of other reviews have similar replies. Losing this many orders isn't acceptable and I shouldn't have to post a bad trustpilot review to get some customer service. Edit2: 2 days after providing my order number through trustpilot I still have no response from the company despite their "always around" customer service. Edit3: 3 days after providing my order number through trustpilot I received an email from fuzzy funny stating that the items in my order were out of stock and offering a replacement or refund. Edit4: 2 days later I gave my replacement choice. 1 day after that I received a reply saying my issue had been forwarded to the appropriate team. 2 days after that I sent a follow up email to see if anything had happened. No response and still no items. Edit5: A day after the follow up email I received a reply telling me that the replacement items were also out of stock. I have asked for a full refund and will not be purchasing again.

It took a very long time to get a dog bed and when I 'get it it was broke. I didnt bother to send it back it would have been a another couple of months before i got a new one. Also I havent received a part of a couch cover that i ordered. i should have only given a two or one star very disapointing
