I ordered a product that I now realise was three times the amount than other sites so asked to cancel the order the next day through their customer support & all my emails are getting bounced back than a few hours later my account was hacked & multiple large transactions were made over the next few days I didn’t notice until my bank contacted me & they advised me this company has been flagged by them as a scam. I used PayPal for the purchase but the fraud department from NAB said they can still access your card info. Please, Please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM & THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF GUARANTEED. I’ve now edited this post starting from here after Funnyfuzzy replied. Your company is a joke you replied apologising claiming you having trouble finding my order when my name is on the order which is also on the top of this post. You told me to contact your customer service via email which I did with my order number for the third time yet still no replies. Once again your company is a joke, a rip off, a scam & you should be shut down permanently!!

I would give no stars, but 1 star is the lowest here. I ordered an orthopedic dog bed about 3 months ago. It still hasn't been received. I have emailed the company on more than one occasion to enquire as to my orders status. My emails are ignored. This company is a scam. I shall be contacting my bank next week to initiate further steps to address this fraudulent company and try to get a refund. Maybe Martin Lewis would be interested in hearing about them here in the UK! Update on here as previous enq to their customer services have been ignored.My order no is FFPET269918. The accurate order date is 12th Aug. FURTHER EDIT 7TH NOV. After providing the further information requested by this company after my review on here, I have not heard anything back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I am still waiting for two of my orders since Sept 24. Have not heard anything about it. I did get one order out of the three things I ordered . I’m feeling good about this. You should be giving my money back.

Je ne sais plus quoi en penser. Répondez moi et remboursez moi. De plus, vous vendez des articles chers pour nos animaux. Vous jouez sur la corde sensible de notre amour pour eux. Une dépôt de plainte sera fait de mon côté sans réponse en novembre.

Frankly not sure how to rate, so picked the middle. It took over two months to receive. I wrote after one month and was told it was because of tariffs and was offered a discount on a future purchase. Then I started getting updates on shipping so I waited. Finally arrived taped (like I would all the way around head to toe), secure. Got thru it, box was a little banged up. Not sure if it was opened. It is made in China. There were no instructions included. I looked at the site, it just says non slippery, but the back has a plastic cover which certainly is slippery. Had to look on Amazon for similar style, shows them removing shiny backing. I’m not stupid (most of the time) but if there was a note or even printing on the back saying “remove here” life would have been easier. That all being said, once the backing is off it’s sticky and I think it will be fine on the stairs. The picture on line matches the product and seems to be well made and hopefully sturdy. My dog would not go up and down the LVP stair covering, and we ourselves are afraid of falling since we’re getting a little older and balance isn't what it was. I hope this takes care of our issues, but, PLEASE INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS in the package or in the online description. Thanks,

This is a fake company. You place your order, pay for your order, then your order is NEVER shipped and NEVER delivered. There is no “live” customer service department. I sent 10 VERY POLITE emails over the course of two months. I received one response simply telling me my order had NOT shipped. No tracking info, order number provided. I was offered 20% credit on my order for my “inconvenience. When I “accepted”, no credit given. No response to request for refund, either! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

La mousse à mémoire de forme est arrivée abîmée. Elle n’a pas la forme qu’elle devrait avoir, le colis a mal été effectué . Je l’ai signalé mais je n’ai de réponse. Je ne suis donc pas satisfaite et je ne recommande pas cette société.
