Terrible Customer service.
Order was late being despatched so I cancelled. They tried to offer a discount which I declined. I paid through Klarna and reported that the order had been cancelled as never shipped. Fuzzy Funny are refused to accept the refund through Klarna. I have tried to communicate with Fuzzy Funny who are now not replying. I have found that this company has terrible customer service and extremly untrustworthy. UPDATE FuzzyFunny replied as below. I then contacted them again as requested. Needless to say, they did not reply to my email! Completely untrustworthy company. Do not order from them. If FuzzyFunny wish to reply via this platform my order ref FFPET276852
