Were is my order
Place a order in April. It shows all items delivered on July 15,2026. I received one small package. My limited edition holiday gift ( I don't kwow what it is). I have sent two emails with no respond. I would like to receive what I order in a timely matter. With some proper customer service.

Absolutely Awful Delivery Timescales and no communication
Ordered replacement sofa covers at the start of July and still no sign of the order. Received a note saying order was on the way but the tracking details say there is details of the order. I paid for what is laughably described as 'expedited' but nearly a month later there is nothing. Can't believe in this day and age, a company takes fairly expensive orders and continues to be so atrociously poor are delivering on those orders. Should be ashamed.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No response to numerous emails. No tracking. No order has arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I feel like this is scam company do not…
I feel like this is scam company do not order. I ordered some items and half my order got shipped the other half forgotten about with no communication. I chased the second half of the order saying I did not want it anymore and then it was shipped. I have been trying to return ever since and my emails are getting ignored.

I was really disappointed with my…
I was really disappointed with my experience ordering from Funny Fuzzy. My order took almost two months to arrive. During that time, I sent multiple emails asking for updates, but I only ever received generic, automated-style responses that didn’t answer my questions. The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the product isn’t as advertised. The website images clearly show the couch cover hanging over the sides of the couch, but the one I received doesn’t hang over at all. It doesn’t look anything like the photos used to market it, which is very misleading. Overall, between the long shipping delays, poor communication, and the product not matching the advertised images, I can’t recommend purchasing from Funny Fuzzy.

6 weeks in from order and no item received. Tracking still says pending. Customer services never get back to you. I would avoid this company.

AVOID
AVOID - 6 weeks post order confirmation, and items have still not been dispatched. Numerous attempts at contacting the company have been made, with no response. Extremely disappointed.
