Less than one star! No stars! I paid 90 dollars for a doggie bed over 90 days ago! Never got it! I have sent emails. I have tried to contact them. I have done everything possible and they don’t even bother to respond. Do not buy from this website. They are a scam artist. I don’t even think they’re in this country. They need to be put out of business please whatever you do do not buy anything from them. You will not receive your product!

The product is sub standard. Looks nothing like the picture online when assembled. Throwing it away.

I placed an order in August and still have not received anything. I sent an email in September and they gave me a discount and assured me the package was on the way. Now my emails are ignored. Do not buy anything from this company. They replied to this review but now just send automated emails - send the order number and we will escalate - but nothing actually happens. Do not be fooled. It is tantamount to theft. Avoid!

I left a review 6 days ago and FunnyFuzzy asked me to provide my order number so they could “locate” it. I filled in every detail they requested straight away and even sent more follow up emails. I still haven’t received a single update. I never received my order, I never received the 20% refund they promised, and now I can’t even get a response to process a full refund. It has been months since I placed this order and the lack of communication and accountability is honestly ridiculous. I just want my money back.

The beds are not as advertised. Much smaller than website description and my dogs cannot fit. Requesting to return.
