Didn’t come when it said it was gonna come. When it did come, it came with no instructions. It was the wrong size and it was impossible to return so I ended up donating and losing 80 bucks.

If I was just rating the item, the rating would be 4/5. However, it took over 2 months to receive the item and communication was not handled well. I honestly didn't think I was going to receive the item and was surprised when it arrived. The item itself is what I expected and I'm pleased with it. I don't think I would order from this company again based on this experience.

What went wrong was the almost 2 months I had to wait for my order to arrive and in that time my dog died. It was for him.

I was sent the wrong product. After email with them, I was ghosted and the issue was never resolved. On top of that I pay for express shipping and the item arrived a month later.
