NO REFUND MONEY 4 MONTHS LATER! SCAMMERS
I returned an item and 4 months later i am still waiting for the refund payment. i have had to activate scam dispute with my bank

Don’t waste your money.
Placed an order on June 23rd, no order 4 weeks later. Unable to track using information provided by the company. Sent 2 emails but never received a reply. Luckily bought through PayPal so opened a dispute and got a full refund.

They never shipped the package and never responded to any queries or requests for refunds In their response below they asked me to contact the support team which is already done twice with no response.

I ordered an expensive dog bed for my car from FunnyFuzzy, but a month later I still haven't received it. I've had little to no communication throughout the process. I emailed their customer service for an update, but received no helpful information, which has been extremely frustrating. Spending a significant amount of money, I expected much better service and communication. Instead, I've been left waiting with no dog bed and no clear indication of when, or if, it will arrive. Very disappointed with my experience. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend this company. If you're thinking of ordering from FunnyFuzzy, I'd avoid it.

Scam Company
Ordered in February. It’s now August and no product yet. Contacted customer service countless times asking for a refund and they say my order is in transit. Don’t waste your money. Editing because I can't figure out how to add a reply here. I have emailed back and forth with your team 26 times, all they say is that they cannot refund me because my package is still in transit. Again, I ordered in FEBRUARY of 2026 and it's now September. Order number #FF722019S. Do not waste your money on this scam company.

COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!
COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I ordered a dog blanket on June 23. Received an email saying my order was on the way on July 8. I sent an email because I was unable to track my order on July 21. Received an email back saying I had caught them outside their regular working hours and they would get back to me. Tracking says they can't find my tracking #. I think this company is a scam and would not order anything from them.
