Love the product. Only gave 4 star because of length of delivery. Having said that when I queried delivery I did get a reply the same day. Impressive, thanks.

Initial communication took a little bit but once I was contacted, support was great.

The item I bought which was the tunnel bed is great. I just had to wait for a very long time to receive it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed my order back in August, and it was never delivered. I kept emailing to check on the status, but I received no proper updates. Now, after months of waiting, I am only being asked whether I want a refund or to reorder. This is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service. I expected my order to arrive on time and to be kept informed, but instead I wasted months with no results. Very disappointing experience.

Product is great, fits perfectly on the sofa. The underside grips the leather surface and stays in place. Delivery however was an issue. No attempt to reach me through the intercom. Package was left in an unsecured area.

Received the product almost 90 days after I ordered it with nowhere in the description of the product did it say it would take that long otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it Staff was responsive to emails but all they could tell me was they know it was on the way but couldn’t quite say where it was because it was coming from china and could only tell me once it got state side

Really pleased with our purchase to which our dog has already given her seal of approval. (However I didn’t realise how long it would take for parcel to arrive……4weeks from order confirmation 3 weeks from dispatch…which isn’t surprising when the item was coming from China! I think this needs to be highlighted somewhere prominent on your web page rather than discreetly on your home page Other than that,great products at great price
