It took forever to get it with terrible customer service. I did eventually get the product and it was good but they really need to be more transparent about where they are shipping form and how long it really takes. The fact that it was around a month just for the product to be processed in there facility is beyond a joke. Waiting months for a product makes you really think you have been scammed n little to no contact response from the company. Do better

I ordered cover in July and still have not received

They never ordered my items. They offered me a discount. But never applied discount. Then after three months I cancelled these items. I would never ever order from this company again I they are criminals and keep your money and make interest. I would give a .5 instead of a 1. I want my money back

I have purchased from Funny Fuzzy 3 times - 2 sofa protectors and 1 dog bed. I am very pleased with the products and I think they are well worth the price.

SCAM I placed an order on 9/30 for a dog bed that was supposed to ship in 1-3 days. It still hasn't arrived, and it is December. I check in all the time with support, and I requested an order cancellation and refund on 11/10, and I filed a complaint with Shop. Instead of refunding my order, they send me an update that my order is "in transit" with an invalid tracking number. I'm still working on getting my money back. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a vendor. They send emails "apologizing" but I don't have my order, an actual proof of shipment, or my money back. This is a complete scam. Edit 12/9/2025: I see your reply below, and I have responded to the request for the order number. I HAVE been in contact with support since October, and they have not replied since 12/4. I KEEP requesting a cancellation/refund (11/10, 12,5, 12/8, 12/9), and the support team keeps ignoring me. I don't believe FunnyFuzzy intends to return my money, and this is their entire business operation. Edit 12/16/2025: Still no movement on my order - it is marked "in transit" with an invalid shipping number. I requested a refund again, and they told me that they could not issue the refund because the order was "processed". Their FAQs say they cannot process a refund after the order is "shipped" not "processed" whatever that means. My order still has not shipped despite them marking it "in transit" over a month ago. I also requested the refund PRIOR to them marking it "in transit". This is the worst and most dishonest experience I have had placing an online order ever. I placed my order 77 days ago. I requested a refund 36 days ago. Edit 12/22/2025: Still no refund after my request 42 days ago. 42 days with an "invalid" shipping number. I placed my order 83 days ago.
