Would give NO stars if I could
Would give NO stars if I could. Almost 6 weeks since I ordered and the only response I have received is that they don’t know when I will receive my order but I can have a 10% refund - asked for a full refund and guess what …… haven’t heard a thing from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Exorbitante Lieferzeit und keine Kommunikation
Bestellung am 31.12.2025 aufgegeben mit angegebener Lieferzeit um den 05.01.2026 herum. Wir haben nun den 20.01.2026 und weder (die bereits bezahlte) Ware noch Reaktionen auf Mailnachfragen. FedEx ist beauftragt, aber hat das Paket noch nicht bekommen. Laut Bestellverfolgung ist ein Flug erfolgt. Fragt sich, wo die Ware herkommt, wenn sie eigentlich innerhalb 1 Woche hätte da sein sollen, aber jetzt erst eingeflogen wird? Alles recht merkwürdig..

They dont answer, they don't do what they say
I sent them message a month ago that I want to cancel the order - they hadn't sent it yet. I got answer ''we'll take this forward'', but they never confirmed the cancel NOR sent the package, so they basically are making me to pay the item I never got, because klarna already paid them and now they want my money back. There is NO customer support.

Commande Fr48309 passé le 13 janvier dernier
Remboursement integrale de ma commande ce jour le 27 janvier. J ai pris contact avec eux par messenger et la on m a repondu. Commande passé le 13 janvier dernier. J ai demandé par mail le delai de livraison ainsi que le mode de livraison. Aucune réponse du service commercial !!! Je commence à me dire que c est une arnaque. Les mails a leur service commercial reviennent en erreur

Don't waste your time, or money
I am still waiting for the order I placed, and paid for, approx 6 weeks ago. Now asking for a full refund as haven't received an email from Evri to say they have it yet

Order placed on 21 December 2025 and…
Order placed on 21 December 2025 and almost a month later I still haven’t received my package (Order #FF10445U). Communication has been poor and I’ve had no clear update on where my order is. Very disappointing service. I am now having to chase either my items or a refund. If you want it even shorter, more blunt, or updated later once they respond, just tell me.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, what a terrible business. Ordered 5-6 weeks ago and it’s still not here. I’m prepared to take this further because at this point they have committed fraud, taking my money with no product being delivered. I will be spreading the word, that people shouldn’t be ordering from them. So unprofessional

AVOID
AVOID - I usually shop based on reviews and I’m annoyed at myself for not having read these first, as they reflect my own experience. I ordered an item on 28 November (7 weeks ago and counting) and have sent multiple follow up emails, which are now being ignored. I can see their “customer service” have responded to the reviews on here encouraging people to email them and they’d be happy to help - ha! That’s what we’ve all been doing in the first place… It appears a lot of orders “cant be located” but they’re happy to take your money in the meantime. Literal daylight robbery. I still haven’t received my item or had confirmation of a refund. This is beyond disappointing, it’s a joke, I’ve never experienced this with any other brand and will now need to seek advice.
