I ordered my products back in November 2025. They just arrived last week. I wrote numerous emails to the company and they didn’t reply for two months. At that point, the beginning of January, they assured me my order was on the way. It was still several weeks before it landed here.

The product is great! Really good quality, looks so nice on our couches. Unfortunately it took 4 months to get them. Apparently they are making changes to avoid this in the future. But was happy to finally get the covers, wish them luck with the changes.

The dog ramp arrived long after it was ordered and arrived without the wooden legs.
