You sent me the wrong size bed
You sent me the wrong size bed. I reached out to customer service. They replied weeks later to state they were behind and my email got lost in the shuffle. As of today heard nothing. I ordered an XL and received a small grey bed. This is my second ordered for beds, I ordered 2 brown ones and the arrived well over 2 months and were the correct size. I haven’t heard a word from your company, spent over 100.00 and received the wrong bed. Not happy and you never made it right. Unbelievable Ticket # 114321 the order was placed sometime in December. A follow up email regarding this problem was sent on 1/21/26 and the ticket number was the number referred above
