FUNNY FUZZY …NOT A FUNNY EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!
The website is presented in a way ,that the customer believes this is a UK company.NO IT IS NOT!!Based in Guangzhou,China… If you do place an order on line my advice is PLEASE DONOT, if you do ,be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks for a tracking Ref. number.When it does arrive 17 Track keeps updated but do they really???I ended up sending 9 emails to customer support at Funny Fuzzy, who send annoying automated messages.No humans are available to talk to and the help desk is always closed!!!I did track down a Uk office in Croydon for help but still no reply!!! Eventually I got a relatively helpful message from 17 TRACK ,who addressed me as ‘Dear’and informed me they had nothing to do with the delivery process,just a free tracking platform.I was given a name of a firm ydhex.com that could help ,again based in China.Sent links..No way did I click on these links ,beginning to believe this could be a scam ,raised concerns with my bank mentioned to me Trustpilot reviews were not good regarding how this company operates.. Three weeks from ordering,my parcel arrived by Royal Mail.I think if I had not been so persistent wanting answers and sending emails ,I would still be waiting for it… The product is as it is advertised ,but overpriced and only time will tell if does as specified. This whole process was terrible and I can’t believe this company is still trading in the UK and Europe,maybe should just keep trade confined to China!!! I have learnt ,don't be taken in by advertisements on Facebook ,that claim to be British when browsing late at night!!! Always read Trustpilot reviews and research the company thoroughly before parting with your money. Oh,the firm sends a free gift as a peace offering with the order.It would have been nice to have enclosed instructions how to assemble the product..
