I ordered it in late December now received it finally in the first week of March. And even then was lucky to get it as I never had any information from tracking that it was even coming. And I had just given up. Wrote several times without ever getting straight answers. The last time I wrote, you didn’t even respond. It’s a shame because you guys have a great product.

Items are of very good quality but I placed my order in December and they didn’t actually arrive til March with no actual updates or tracking information. Customer service did respond to emails but were slow to do so.

It took more than a month for the beds to get here for my senior dogs. I had to put one down and the day after they show up.

I have bought several sets of couch covers. They are well made, durable and definitely worth every penny. Washes well. A must if you have pets inside. Will purchase again a and again

We waited over a month for our order. I texted 3 times for correspondence or a tracking number. No answer from anyone. Then when I contacted pay pal, they gave us a full refund. The order we received from your company was wrong. Not even what we ordered. If you send a box, pay the return postage...we will send it back.

Instructions would have been helpful

When I purchased my dog bed I didn't realise it was coming directly from China. I think having UK on the site is very misleading and needs to be removed. It's false advertising. That said after my purchase I did go to the shipping page and found the information was very clear. This is a product coming directly from the manufacturer in China and it's going to take weeks to arrive. I found the tracking worked and was kept updated. I ordered my dog bed on the 15th February and it arrived on the 11th March. It was Chinese new year not long after my purchase so that would have been a factor in slowing down the shipping. For quality of the bed, I'd give it a 6/10. It's not the worst I have purchased and I've definitely got better quality ones from Costco. When it arrived the vacuum packaging really misshaped the foam but after some time resting against the warm radiator it sprung back into shape and id say is reasonably firm to provide good support for my dogs body. It would have been nicer for it to be a little thicker. The fabric is thin, I doubt it will last more than a few washes but as I've seen they sell replacement covers, that will be the companies end game over providing a quality product that could last the lifespan of a dog. I purchased this as the size was perfect for the space it needed to fit. But overall I don't think it will last for long, maybe a couple years at best if the foam holds out. I don't like that the foam comes in 3 parts either. It's an ok product and Id say you get what you pay for but it was £50 and my other dog beds from Costco cost £40 and far exceed my expectations in quality and durability. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want something to last a long time or need it quickly.
