The worst streaming site available. It's always buffering and in low quality. Why did they have to buy out animelab. Animelab was far superior.

I have been contacting customer service since Nov about my account. I always get a message back saying they are working on it but the is still no solution. I tried to delete my card off the account so they can't continue to charge me but you have to add another card before you can delete it. My son loved it the first year but ever since the renewal we have had issues.

Trying to stream the digital content I have through their site is absolutely awful. Stream keeps stopping but when it continues it acts as though it never stopped so it just jumps forward to where it SHOULD have been. The content looks absolutely awful on my HDR monitor so I need to move the player to a second display or just stare at awful artifacting.

PICK UP YOUR GAME FUNIMATION!!!! Your site is so bad your app is a sh@t show . It’s been years !!! Fix it !!

The site is always down and is poorly designed with countless bugs and lags. they need to hire new software engineers ASAP.

Yeah it sucked. This is the worst support iv ever seen Or app/program when I tryed to get ahold of you dum people about it I got no response. I waited for days for someone to respond. Because it was doing two accounts in my name. Well because of that my bank over drafted 36 dollars. because it took the payment out after I talked to someone before this and canceled one of the accounts. So now instead of paying what I was supposed to. I o more to my bank because y'alls screw up and I wanna how you gonna fix this crap with my bank. Because your dumb representative I talked to didn't say crap about your all's mess up. Because this is bull crap. Your responsible for this and I wish I could show the picture to everyone to prove what I am saying. So everyone will know to not get this dang app to get Crunchyroll. Shut this one down because they don't care about their subscribers and what they do as long as they get their money... Truthfully I wish I could sue you for what happened...... Because you screwed me over and made me lose money with my bank acc.... This is why I stopped using it in the 1st place. Because they mess up crap....

dogwater.... its a a pain that one piece is getting removed from dammed crunchyroll, so i saw how it looked on funimation and boom, you have to pay to see the recent episodes. I have a adblocker so i have no problems with ads but still trash.

Trash App or chromcast regardless of device never work right. Sad thing is crunchyroll os worse. Oh can't wait for them to merge. I prob will never be able to watch an amine again
