They called every week to see where we were on collecting shoes and how many bags we had. Very nice people to work with. Slow on getting a date for pick-up, but to our advantage, we were able to keep collecting shoes!

Easy to report progress, when we were not quite ready they waited. The loading of the shoes went well with help from the driver. Would do this again after a year or two.

This is the third fundraiser I've done for student trips. This organization never disappoints! The communication is incredibly efficient and quick, and all the staff are very helpful and prompt to help with anything. Materials get to us on time, and whenever we need more, they send them right away! Jim C has been a gem for the three years we've been doing this. It has been a pleasure!
