Staff is very responsive
Staff is very responsive, available, and helpful. It would have been helpful to know in advance that a fee is withheld from the interim pickup before we agreed to it.

THIS WAS A FIRST FOR OUR SMALL GROUP OF…
THIS WAS A FIRST FOR OUR SMALL GROUP OF SENIOR FUNDRAISERS, AND THE SHOE BAGS WERE A LOT HEAVIER THAN WE ANTICIPATED! BUT ALL IN ALL WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE HOPE THAT THOSE IN NEED WERE HELPED BY OUR EFFORTS. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.

Great people to work with
Great people to work with! My only complaint is the amout that you receive for your nonprofit. You don't realize the amount of work it is to collect shoes, sort them, get rid of all the ones that are donated that are not acceptable, bag them, track them, advertise, remind people, etc. However, in the end ever dollar helps and the best part is you keep a large amount of shoes out of the landfills while helping others.

Very easy to run
Very easy to run, given lots of help and ideas. The only downside was that the shoes weren’t picked up on time, we were told up to 4 weeks after and it was longer. It was a lot of bags to store and took up space longer than expected.
