Fundrise is an easy way to be invested in real estate. I have been very happy with the returns which are almost double what my other real estate investments are currently yielding. I definitely recommend them to all my family and friends if they want to enjoy an easy way to make above average returns.

Excellent EREIT platform with solid investment returns. Upper management is very good about keeping its investors informed and very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommended as a real estate investment vehicle to balance out your portfolio.

What a great leadership team - always contacting me directly (right up to the CEO) by emailing when I contact them. They listen to my feedback and are quick to reply (less than 24 hours). The new Fundrise v2.0. is a fantastic platform. It is so easy to customize my portfolio and do research on my next investment. I have income and growth eReits (both have performed near the 10% mark for years) as well as the new LosAngeles renovation investment. I was lucky enough to get into the Fundrise IPO and look forward to great things over the next few years. The company is heading in all the right directions. I continue to invest (and have direct reinvest on my dividends) and will do so into the foreseeable future. Believe what you read- this is a fabulous company and I feel proud to be part of its ownership(IPO shares) and investor base.
