Great customer service. They are fast to respond. Support makes things easier when you feel lost and not sure what to do.

I just wanted to give big shoutout to the support team at FFN. Truly one of the most helpful teams, they are always so quick to get back to you, and they are always so patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. A special shoutout to Joe in particular on the live chat support team ... he deals with my questions on a daily basis with grace & the utmost patience. He's always ready to go find the answer for me. Javier as well. I've only had a few encounters with Javier, but he is just like Joe. Goes above and beyond to help you. With all the changes to FFN there are a few kinks they need to work out transitioning the platform and overall direction of the company - so I'm sure these guys are inundated with questions/concerns, yet they always respond with the most positive of attitudes. It's really appreciated. I truly dont know how i would manage without their support. So thank you, for making things easier by just showing up and being there for us traders guys :)

I've traded with just about every prop, and the customer service with FFN is the best out there by far. P.J. was willing to walk me through my login issues live through a support chat. With most firms you need to email your support question and wait hours or even days for a response. FFN will walk you through the issue right away through Discord on a private chat. There's definitely something special about FFN. Highly recommended!
