The good thing is that they actually do pay you if you follow the rules....so they are legit. The bad part is the lack of communication, and they make you wait two weeks for the money to get taken out of the account, which is - lets be honest "totally ridiculous". That means your account is put on pause and you cannot trade for two weeks nor receive money for two weeks. Oddly I had to dig up this info on my own, once you request payout, its crickets, you don't know what's going on, you have no clue on the time line, etc. So communication, and the whole payout process needs a lot of help and work.

Good platform, good customer service, cheap resets but the payout process is really slow. 2 weeks now and still waiting. In the meantime you cannot trade the account ...

Good costumer service. Fast and reliable support from the admin support and customer service team. The only problem its the payout process that it takes more than a week long for them to approve it and send it. They send you that a specialist will work on it, but will not give you any updates or send it. Good company is you willing to wait a long time for them to send you your payout.

So no one will talk about their Onyx trading platform? It lags and quite often you’ll find yourself missing a trade because it freezes, takes time to login. This company should work on improving their trading platforms. Onyx sucks! Overall their support is very good, the best I have seen so far.

not bad truth be said it was my fault for not reading but they give no refunds to subscription renewals so whatever it is always read or itll be a clasic where instead of helping theyll say "its right there"

This firm seems to be reliable, and overall a good business. It would honestly be a 4 star at least, if not for one absolutely silly thing they do. On the express challenge they have a 25% consistency rule. WITH NO BUFFER WHATSOEVER. So for a 50k challenge, you need $750/day for 4 days. Great! But with odd number commissions on trades, it is impossible to hit a whole, round number on the dot. So I made 750.28, 750.38, and 753.28 the first 3 days, and even if I hit the 750 again tomorrow, I will have to trade a 5th day to make about $15. Other firms have a small buffer built in, so if you have a day that is 0.2% over the consistency target, you'll still pass your challenge. They do this because they know it is not possible with commissions to hit the number exactly. I suggest FFN adress this on their site, as it seems a bit deceitful to markup the express challenges in price, knowing if the trader doesn't hit the number exactly on the dot, they will need at minimum a 5th day to pass. I would have saved the money and done the standard for 7 days if I knew I'd have to waste a 5th day trading for $15. Anyway, if they fix this issue the rating would be 4 or 5 stars, but as of now I'd recommend other firms for the buffer they build into the challenge's consistency rule.
