Lawsuit against FFN scam firm
Lawsuit against FFN scam firm! I'd give zero star. Kevin, Jay, Thomas & Alex charged my 3 bank cards multiple times total $9000 then kept deleting my accounts. I passed 18 evaluations & 12 exhibitions accounts. They claimed its dashboard maintenance glitch, asked me to wait 3 weeks, but later Jay stopped replying, I opened a ticket Kevin closed it and banned me from discord. I've reported them state attorney & FBI cyber fraud.

Hi Joanne, We apologize for falling short of your expectations, however, after every attempt to resolve this issue, you still have not submitted any evidence of the $9000 that you claim you were charged. We are very fair with our refund structure, however, submitting statements that show funds that are "on hold" and then demanding that we wire or ACH you the money, because you lost the bank card, seems a little off. Secondly, we only have 1 exhibition account that shows that it was passed, and you refused to sign the agreement. Unfortunately, we need the agreement for compliance reasons.

Their platform FundX is easy to use and reliable, fills are good and comissions are not too high. I had a really complicated issue but the support was able to quickly help me and find a great solution, not like most other prop firms where the support doesn't care and youre screwed.

I’m funded for over 300,000 so I’ve been through the entire journey from exhibition account to trial account to funded and their support has been there when I needed them. They aren’t just a prop looking to collect fees, and they really do model their program to prize risk management which is key to any successful trader. I’ll update my review after a year or so to update.

I wrote a review about 9 months ago when I first started using FFN but I felt it was necessary to come back and talk about my experience after being with FFN for 10 months now. The FFN team really goes above and beyond in making sure their traders have everything they need. It's good knowing that they have my back and want me to succeed unlike other prop firms that just want my cash hahah! Their support is amazing, any problems you may have they troubleshoot the issue with you instantly and always provide an appropriate solution. It's difficult to describe in words how happy I am with their customer service and how much I appreciate everything they do for their traders. I have used plenty of other prop firms in the last year and I have dealt with countless issues and terrible customer service, so as of about 3 months ago I have cancelled all of my subscriptions with other prop firms as they don't compare with FFN. I'm here to stay! FFN is my home! Thank you Jay, Kevin, Kyle, Konnor, and the rest of the FFN team. You guys are awesome!

They have the quickest response and best customer service out there. The owners are hands on. The evaluation period is set to make you the best and consistently winning. Daily multiple withdrawals right into your bank changes the game becausenot many are doing this. I definitely have no complaints.
