Awesome experience all around.
The interface, rules and pricing are awesome, used PW for a discount on resets, as they say everyone stumbles..., gotta free account for the holidays too...im building nicely.. top tier when it comes to customer service, they always get back to you quickly.. like within seconds, helped me set everything up and answered any questions regardless of how myopic they seemed to me lol. Tony was great!!!!

Update adding to the previeos review “Amazing customer service! Huge thanks to Tony for breaking down the prop firm rules so clearly. His patience and willingness to help were truly outstanding!” new update Although I lost three or four accounts with this company becuse of my greed and lack of risk management , I must admit that they have one of the best, if not the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sometimes it genuinely feels like they work just for me. Whenever I send an email, I receive a reply within five minutes. It honestly makes me wonder if I’m their only customer. That level of support is amazing.

The fastest service in the industry
The fastest service in the industry, and the only firm I know of that offers an onboarding call with you to ensure you understand the rules and the platform. I found out that I have Level 2 data on my call, but I needed to make a support ticket. Was able to do it in the Discord, and my man G.W. had me taken care of in 2 min flat, including the wait time. This is unheard of in the proper industry.
