My funding goals were achieved
I worked with JJT Consulting team last year seeking business funding for my new business. The results of my total funded amount was phenomenal! I was very pleased with the overall amount that I was funded with the help of the team. My funding partner guided me through the journey along the way. I did encounter a few concerns and questioned some processes initially but the owner stepped in to address my concerns promptly ensuring me that my process moving forward would be without issues. My thoughts around a few concerns I encountered during that time could have been attributed to communication gaps and possibly training deficiencies. I understand processes may not run smoothly with new teams and issues can surface. I was pleased to see that the owner did reach out to me at the end of my funding journey seeking feedback on my overall experience. It demonstrated to me that he cared about the experience of his clients interactions with his team and the process. His business will thrive with that mindset of understanding what's working verses not.
