Great build. Simple process
Made the assumption that I had a power cable and neglected to include one, but made up for it beforehand by selecting the best combo of parts for the best performance. The rig is great (and quiet).

I'm thrilled with my Fully Silent PC
I'm thrilled with my Fully Silent PC, it's exactly what I have been looking for and it performs exceptionally well. Matt was professional and responsive from start to finish, and very helpful with all the questions I asked along the way. I'll definitely call on Fully Silent PCs for future computer needs and I'd highly recommend Matt and team for others looking for a new computer. My new PC (HDPlex H3, Intel i5, Asus Prime Z590M-Plus, 3 SSD, etc.) is lightning fast (I am a non-gamer) and dead silent, no moving parts. The case is substantial and very well constructed. On inspection inside it's clear that time has been taken to organize / cable tie / assemble the PC carefully and thoughtfully.

I ordered an AM$ version of this cooler…
I ordered an AM$ version of this cooler and received the Intel variant. The product was also damaged in shipping. At a 3x mark up for the retail price of the cooler, I would expect to receive the correct item in good condition

I apologize for the wrong cooler. I list both the Intel and AMD coolers on the same page, but did not receive any indication of which one was being ordered here. I should have reached out to verify before shipping in this case, but simply forgot that there were two versions of the cooler. As for shipping damage, I don't have full control over the shipping process, but I do offer a warranty and return process for all orders. My components are primarily used for full system builds and are priced to include installation in a custom PC.

An Expeditious Return With a Caveat
This about the return of a product I should never have ordered (age related). It was handled as expeditiously as possible. However, I am very biased by Amazon's POV on this topic so one star deleted for the restock fee.
