It was easy to find what I was looking for. Ordering was simple and the shipping was fast! I had a question after making the order and their customer service got back to me quickly and answered my question. Outstanding!!

Should have read the 1 star reviews here - exactly as others have said...after 10 days of no updates I called in and listened to their hold music - that seems designed to make you hang up - for 20 minutes. The operator was very kind so I couldn't be upset with her, but she told me the same thing others have said - they blamed the delay in shipping on the fact that the manufacturer hadn't sent the product to THEM yet! And acted as if that were normal, and computerized inventory had never been invented. So apparently their inventory just includes anything they might potentially order once you order it. I can't believe the many 5 star reviews. IF I get my order it will be my last from here. Always at least skim the low reviews on this site!! ** Update 2/4: One MONTH later and one part of my order has not even arrived at their warehouse yet. I canceled it. They sent the remainder which was an $8 beanie with $15 shipping. So $28 with tax. Do not believe the good ratings for this site without reading the bad unless you like to gamble with your time and money.

I like everything. I got the two flice caps that were i little to big. I hat size is 7" 1/4". But other then that I say very nice quality products.

Do not waste your time!!!!! Full Source has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to place an order for 50 jackets, and we were given the run-around about needing to verify our payment multiple times (we always did what they asked, sent what they asked, confirmed what they asked.) They were amazingly slow to respond, inflexible, & ended up cancelling our order even though we tried (way harder than we should have) to get the order to go through. Now I’m back to square 1 with these jackets that I initially ordered 3 weeks ago. They could not care less about the people trying to order from them. Stay away! Don’t let yourself get screwed!!!
