I appreciate the good quality of the products ordered. Delivery is usually quick, which is important to me.

We placed our order on 9/9 and approved and signed the agreement on 9/10. On 9/23, the order was still processing, but I was told it was preparing to ship. On 9/30, I was informed that it had not actually been printed yet and would be ready by the end of that week or the beginning of the next. On 10/7, we received the same update: it still had not printed and would be ready by the end of this week or early next week. Our agreed-upon timeline was 15–20 days. It has now been 30 days, with no completed order and no reliable delivery date. These items were ordered for our field crews, who work 10+ hour days in the Florida sun providing clean water to our communities. The pink safety vests were part of our Pinktober fundraiser, with donations supporting families facing the financial burden of battling breast cancer. Our crews were supposed to wear them on Thursdays throughout October to show their support. At this point, we may be lucky to receive them in time for the last Thursday of the month. Over the last two days, we have contacted six different people, including management, with no response. No one has been able to provide an accurate status update, and Full Source has now stopped responding to the company owner, myself, and my assistant. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. We gave Full Source our business with clear expectations and a specific purpose behind this order, yet we have been met with repeated delays, conflicting information, and a complete lack of communication. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your safety apparel needs. Full Source's handling of this order has shown a blatant disregard for its customers, the blue-collar workers who depend on these products, and the cause these items were intended to support. We will seriously never do business with Full Source again.

Great people and I was not an easy customer!

Placed an order 6 weeks ago, website said 15-20 day time for processing still waiting. Called customer service last week they said order would be shipped that week did not happen. Called again this week same answer, this weeks guy explained they were back logged due to order volume and processing time was actually 25-30 days- days only count mon-fri. No one ever contacted me to inform processing time had changed. Terrible company will not do business here again

This is the second order that I have placed from this company. I am highly impressed with the quick shipping and availability of items that are out of stock on other sites.

Port Authority shirts 2xl run small now older ones where bigger and fit employees had to ship back at my own expense with no credit offered for the return cost.i think they could have done better.
