The ID cards we ordered are very nice and arrived in a timely manner. The website is difficult to use at times. It would be helpful to be able to save orders in progress rather than canceling and having to upload all of the photos again. In regards to assistance, the chat has been helpful...and a lot of help was needed to upload photos and place an order.
Response from Fullidentity.comNov 1, 2017
Hello Angela, Thank you for the feedback on your recent experience with Fullidentity.com. Your account saves orders and photos for the individuals that you upload. The only reason we had to recreate that invoice is because you can only place 1 order at a time. Now that the order has been placed, the invoice and individuals will still be on your account. Please give Ciro a call if you have any further questions. Kind Regards, The Fullidentity Team
