We started with Full Identity for background checks, ID cards and badges almost 10 years ago. Sadly since they hired Mariana S. the quality of the Customer Service has tanked. We recently ordered 53 ID cards and they forgot to send 14....sent multiple duplicates then refused to send the cards we paid for. When we contacted them with several of the students included on the email who had not receive their cards....as proof we tried to order the cards on time...MARIANA S. sent an extremely rude response to ALL stating she will not speak to us and she will no longer be allowing us to order from the company. This woman is a new hire but seems to control the company's hire ups. We have tried to contact her bosses and they have blocked our numbers. BEWARE OF ORDERING IF MARIANA S. is involved. She has been extremely rude and disrespectful.

When ordering it stated the shipping was $5.50. When the badge arrived in the mail it was in a first-class mail envelop ($0.49). I was overcharged for shipping by $5.01.

Full Identity had difficulty matching the backs to some of our ID cards to the front. Do appreciate the quick service in making the corrections and the delivery of our purchase!

First, I will say that the customer service person who helped me was very nice, and helpful. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they called me every day, sometimes twice a day, until I completed my order.

Excellent graphic setup and very fast turnaround time. This is now my source for all my department IDs.
