Almost 1 year and no results
Almost 1 year and no results. As I'm logging in my account on their end there is no record of payment. Luckily for me my credit union has the records. I'm still waiting for results oddly "Angie" can't seem to return calls now. ADVERTISED RESULTS WERE NOT DELIVERED. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OF HIGHER RANKING. PERSONALLY I BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE ARENT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. THEIR WHOLE " BUISNESS IS FROM TIKTOK PANDERERS. IM VERY DISGRUNTLED 1) BECAUSE " DON" THE SALES GUY LIED AND 2) SO DID ANGIE. ANGIE REYES IS HER WORK NAME IF THE PROPER AUTHORITIES DID AN INVESTIGATION, THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE A LIE AS WELL. Don’t trust this company use 90day full credit sweep they will do you right this company lies, they saying they remove things they did not I work with them nine months and they removed 2 small things the rest was done by 90 day credit sweep even after coming to agreement with myself and the company they still did not do they part and send back half my money this is a bad company I would not recommend to no one

Here, you claim that another company did all the work, but in your previous communications, you've claimed that #1 you did the work yourself and #2 you claim there were no deletions at all, so which of the 3 is it? This is clearly an attempt to defame our honest services. We have permanently deleted over 150 negative remarks that were affecting your credit profile since you joined our program.
These include but are not limited to over 50 inquiries, late payments from National Credit Adjusters, Self Lending, Kikoff Lending, Credit One Bank, Collections/Charge off accounts from Opensky Bank, Capital One, Lvnv Funding, Spring Oak Capital, NCA, Credit Recovery, CKS Prime, Self Lending, Merrick Bank, Cross Country Financial, Credit One Bank, Upgrade Inc, Coast Acceptance Corporation and Acima Digital just to name a few.
After our investigation, we have also found that you have constantly added new negative marks on your credit profile as our team was working on it. As you know, having poor credit habits during the repair process makes it much more difficult for you to reach the credit goals we have discussed. These new negative marks include but are not limited to inquiries from Capital One, Collections accounts from Lvnv Funding and late payments from Self Financial just to name a few.
We pride ourselves in providing an impeccable customer experience and regret to learn that after deleting over 150 negative marks affecting your credit profile, you are still claiming to not be satisfied and asking for us to issue you a refund.

I see some of these reviews are fabricated and false. I have been dealing with this company for the last year and by far has been the worst experience ever. I gave this company a 1 star and once before however once they seen the review and the complaints, I was ready to file with the FTCC The better business bureau and the CFPB they agreed to fix the mistakes provided I deleted the review and don’t go through with filing the complaints.
I was threatened by Angie that if I did go through with the complaints with the CFPB BBB and filing a fraud report with the collier county sheriff’s department that they would deliberately sabotage my credit, and they will have whatever they removed to be put back on my credit report.
Well, the time is up I gave this company a chance to fix the errors that caused my credit to get ruined even further. I have all of the documents to prove what they did to me and how they ruined my credit even further.
They can explain to the CFPB how they falsified documents how they took all this money from me without any changes to my credit file, They can explain to the Collier County Sheriff’s department how they falsified an affidavit that states my identity was compromised. I did not authorize anyone to falsify any documents to have anything removed off of my credit file.
I will update everyone on the status. I will be filing a report with the local Sheriff's departmet and a formal complaint with the CFPB and the BBB..
Do your research on this company before proceeding,, They will tell you what you want to hear and take your money and ignore your calls

According to our records, we are showing multiple discrepancies with your claims. We are showing that you joined our program back
in April of 2023 but failed to have an active credit monitoring membership until June 5th, 2023. Any disputes that were ever filed on your behalf, were fully approved under your consent.
June 5th, 2023 - We received access to your credit report in order to review your results and found that you added two new negative marks (800 Loanmart, Toyota Motor Credit), we eliminated 114 negative marks across all 3 credit bureaus consisting of over 90 inquiries, your Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (Transunion, Experian) and multiple accounts in collections including but not limited to FNCC, Navy FCU, Capital One, Nexgen Communications and Toyota Motors, just to name a few.
We proceeded to send another round of disputes.
July 8th, 2023 - Our records indicate that you added a new negative mark (30 day late payment with Credit One Bank) and we deleted 16 negative marks including 2 inquires, Chapter 13 Bankrupcty (Equifax) and multiple Charge-off accounts including but not limited to FNBO, Citizens Bank and FNWSE just to name a few.
We proceeded to send another round of disputes.
September 14th, 2023 - Our records indicate that we successfully eliminated 11 negative marks including but not limited to 9 inquiries and 2 late payments (Capital One, Credit One)
We proceeded to send another round of disputes with your full consent and permission of course, in order to continue working on your file.
November 10th, 2023 - After having your credit monitoring membership inactive for 2 months, we were able to pull your results from our most recent round of disputes that was made two months prior. Our team found that we deleted another 12 negative marks from your credit profile including 9 inquires and 3 late payments from Santander Bank.
We proceeded to send another round of disputes.
December 16th - Our records indicate that we deleted yet another 25 negative marks from your credit profile including inquiries and and a Charge off account from Navy FCU.
We proceeded to send another round of disputes with your full consent and permission.
January 19th , 2024 - Our records indicate that you added 4 new negative marks including accounts from Community Hospital while we deleted another 15 negative inquiries from your credit profile across all 3 credit bureaus.
We then proceeded to send out another round of disputes with your full consent and permission. This time, you kept your credit monitoring membership all the way up until November of 2024 (10.5 months).
You are currently refusing to provide us with access to your credit monitoring platform in order to see your most recent results which based on our track record, are guaranteed to show us positive results.
Based on our call recordings, you've also been rude to our staff by shouting profanity over the phone and sending them text messages like "I hope you choke at the dinner table". We find this very offensive but nonetheless, our team has always maintained a high level of professionalism when addressing you.
As you know, it makes it impossible for us to provide you with progress if you simply refuse to give us access to your credit monitoring account as this is the only way that us, or any other firm can guarantee results.
We regret to learn that even after all of the hard and effective work (close to 200 deletions) that our team has done on your behalf with your full consent, you are still claiming to not be satisfied.
