The program you enrolled in was our "Inquiry + Late Payment Removal" service, not our Full Credit Sweep program, which is designed to address all eligible negative items on a credit report. As discussed during enrollment, your program covered inquiries and late payments only. We have documented results for the services included in your plan. However, as explained to you during enrollment, successful credit optimization requires active credit monitoring access throughout the process. As you are aware, we have repeatedly requested access to updated credit monitoring reports so we could review your current account status, verify results, and determine what additional opportunities may be available. Without access to updated reports, it is not possible for our team to properly evaluate or continue working the account. We remain committed to transparency and would be happy to provide supporting documentation demonstrating the work completed and the results achieved under your program if you authorize us to do so. Dear Arshala, We take concerns seriously and would like to clarify the record for accuracy. Our documentation shows that substantial progress was completed for both you and your husband, Mr. Gilchrist. We've verified score improvements across all bureaus as well as the removal of negative accounts, inquiries, and inaccurate personal information. At the time of the most recent reports on file, your profile profile reflected scores of approximately 746 with Experian, 762 with Equifax, and 719 with TransUnion, while Mr. Gilchrist's profile reflected increases from 483 to 710 with Equifax and from 488 to 568 with TransUnion, among other documented improvements. As you both know, continued access to credit monitoring is a required component of the program, as it allows us to track results and take action on a client’s behalf. After we produced results, you and your husband decided to decline and not renew your credit monitoring service as agreed, which made it impossible for our team to continue operating either file. Despite this, and despite the documented results already achieved, our team offered to continue working on both files at no additional cost in an effort to resolve concerns but you have been unresponsive. Our company does not purchase or fabricate reviews, we do not operate from or employ individuals in the locations referenced, and we have not owned or operated any prior credit repair businesses. We also do not store or misuse client payment information. Enrollment payments are processed securely through our website, and records of the transaction and enrollment are available. In this case, you personally enrolled through our website on 11/21/25 and we are happy to provide documentation if needed. Our records also indicate that you did not provide the required documentation or complete the onboarding steps necessary for our team to begin work on the file. Without that information, no disputes or actions can be initiated on a client’s behalf. We provide structured, FCRA-compliant services and maintain detailed records of all enrollments, communications, and activity. Contrary to the statements made in this review, documented results were achieved on your file, including the removal of the SW CRDT SYS (T-Mobile) collection account, a Jefferson Capital account, and multiple inquiries from creditors including Credit One Bank, Synchrony Bank, Yamaha Motor, FEB/Destiny, Old Second/Inovatec, and Revvi/MRVBanks. In total, 4 accounts were removed from your credit reports, along with multiple inquiry deletions. These results are fully documented, and we would be happy to provide supporting documentation if you authorize us to do so. As explained during enrollment, active credit monitoring is a required part of our process. It allows our team to review updated reports, verify results, identify new opportunities, and continue working your file. Unfortunately, your credit monitoring access became inactive and was not reactivated despite multiple requests from our team. As a result, it became impossible for us to properly review your updated reports or continue working your program to completion. The process was not halted because results were not being achieved. It was halted because the required access needed to continue the work was no longer available.
