Your credit profile also continued to be impacted by over 90% revolving credit utilization. This is one of the most significant factors affecting credit scores. While our team continued working to remove inaccurate negative items, high revolving balances remained a major factor influencing your overall credit scores. Regarding your account status, our service agreement explains that if an account is not kept current, it is placed on hold until it is brought current so our specialists can continue working on the file. The program you enrolled in was our "Inquiry + Late Payment Removal" service, not our Full Credit Sweep program, which is designed to address all eligible negative items on a credit report. As discussed during enrollment, your program covered inquiries and late payments only. We have documented results for the services included in your plan. However, as explained to you during enrollment, successful credit optimization requires active credit monitoring access throughout the process. As you are aware, we have repeatedly requested access to updated credit monitoring reports so we could review your current account status, verify results, and determine what additional opportunities may be available. Without access to updated reports, it is not possible for our team to properly evaluate or continue working the account. We remain committed to transparency and would be happy to provide supporting documentation demonstrating the work completed and the results achieved under your program if you authorize us to do so.
