Awful company. We ordered a garden furniture set on a Saturday (from the town store) which we was told would be delivered on Tuesday we waited in all day and it never got delivered. My boyfriend then rang countless times on Wednesday to which someone finally answered him and told him there was no proof of purchase to which he told them that the £1000 had been taken out of his account, the member of staff then began blaming someone called ‘Patsy’ saying she didn’t put the order through and just took the money to which the woman then told us it would be delivered on Friday and it still has not came. This company is an absolute JOKE

I would actually rate this zero if it were available.Bought a 2&3 seater couch from this company.When it arrived week later than should have it was two 3 seaters, one of which should have gone straight to the tip. It was reported on arrival, and we were promised a replacement. After numerous phone calls,emails and actually going back to the place,3 months later we are still waiting. The excuses head office made were at times hilarious.Anyway this is just a heads up , avoid at all costs .

Avoid avoid avoid worst company to order from waited ages for a bed and mirror and when it finally came it wasn't the right bed and no mirror so rang back and came up with an excuse and then delivered a mirror in a delta taxi and the mirror is all full off mold and damp never go here stay away

Total rip off time,energy and money I visited the store in july,ordered two sofas from my new home on 4th aug Store contact email and the sale lady have been giving false promises regarding the delivery and i waited till october for the sofa which was not delivered I wish i would have believed the reviews but went to buy due to my previous good experience with wfs Please dont even visit the store as they are waste of energy and source of stress

Waiting for a refund for garden furniture that wasn't delivered after Waiting in for 2 days. Nobody called me or called me back after I complained. All of my emails are being ignored. I'm appalled. The lady in the shop told me the owners are on holiday and the delivery people were just not bothered about delivery. I am now asking my bank to do a charge back and officially complaining about them. Do not shop here.

Please do not use this company they have around 3/4 stores around Liverpool. They will rip you off take your money but don't deliver the good but the worst is the customer service is appalling they tell you lies and keep stinging along for months knowing the position they have put you in. After 4-5 months of lying were the 3 piece suite was they give you delivery dates but don't turn up. If you have a date your new sofa is being delivered Naturally you get rid of your old one. They left my 91 Year old nan sitting on a garden chair. Then weeks late brought a crap small loaner sofa which they are saying they cant give a refund until they collect this thing but are refusing to come and collect so its stuck in the dining room and we can not get to the dining table so family Christmas dinner ? honestly what I have wrote is nothing to what has happened. This whole issue has been going on since May 23

Do not use!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before buying 12 month warranty means nothing. Purchased a corner recliner. No electrics nearby to check it worked. But was assured they had a 12 month guarantee. Delivered and fitted within a week. As soon as I used it the recliner did not work properly and a cable missing for the lights on the console unit. Contacted them to say and a few weeks later sent out someone to assess. The man said it would be two weeks for the part to come in. 8 months later after excuse after excuse and many failed repair dates. I had to go to my bank as they would not collect and credit. As I bought on debit card. Finally got the money back. 10 months off hell over

This company is awful. I placed an order exactly one year ago and still haven't received it. I was told it would be delivered in July then September then October then in November they say it was ready. By that time the customer walked away and I had absorb the cost of the order. I asked that they hold the order until March because I could not store it and would ne d time to find a customer that might want it. Well, it turns out it was in fact never made. They have lied repeatedly about the status and delivery times and now won't respond. If you are a designer ordering for a customer don't do it unless you want to lose that customer because they are not trustworthy in any way
