Four Season GuidesReviews of fsguides.com

We (4 Dutch people) planned to do a rim to rim hike. Though our trip is cancelled (covid19) the customer service and experience thus far has been amazing. A great amount of relevant info was send to us. We had so much fun preparing and training with all the tips and info we got. All our question were answered so quickly. Fsg has been so generous when we had to cancel our booking. Hope we are able to walk with fsg in the future.

We had to postpone our trip until next year, but based on our experience so far in working with Four Seasons Guides, I would recommend them. Very thorough information has been provided, and responses have been very timely and professional. I appreciated the way they checked in on the progress of our training for this rigorous trip, rather than leave it to chance. I also like the way they handled the refund process. Everything they said they would do was done. So far, they've been great!

Great planning! Very professional!

Four Season Guides did a really nice job setting up our trip - they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Covid-19 has led to a delay in our adventure, but FSG has been really helpful and implemented a very flexible change policy. Highly recommended!

Dave & team did an excellent job of helping us navigate this COVID-19 issue. We look forward to our upcoming trip.

After researching my trip I chose fs guides for my trip, I had an immediate connection with Dave and staff with there on ball knowledge, courtesy, and just total professionalism, I have no doubt this will be a great experience. I do highly recommend fs. Guides! P.s. this trip is for the Grand Canyon. Kenny Karen

We had such an awesome experience in the Grand Canyon in 2019, we scheduled another adventure with them to explore Utah in 2020. Unfortunately, that has been put on hold but we're hoping to get on the trail with them soon! Great customer service, great staff, great time.

We booked our June hike eons ago, it seems. We had dreamt of doing it for six years so this was going to be a huge thing for me and my best friend. The final payment was to be made on 16 March 2020. COVID-19 was already changing lives around the world. Kept checking my credit card and -nothing. A few days later I received an e-mail from Dave telling that "due to the unprecedented circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are opting to suspend all final payments to 45 days from your trip's scheduled departure date." HOW AMAZING IS THAT? I'm pretty sure any other company would have gone ahead with the final payment charge on schedule; after all, to most companies you are just a reservation number in their system. Not Four Season Guides! GREAT communication, AMAZING integrity and such PERSONAL touch. Dave gave us a transfer credit for the full amount of our booking deposit to be used against any hike we choose -and there's no expiration date. I'm so happy we booked with Four Season Guides. See you in 2021. I guess we can celebrate our 50th birthdays a year late. Love from Finland! Stay well & safe! All the best, Nina & Terhi
