The website is easy to use and navigate. It has an easy to use check out to go along with it. The waiting period do to large orders coming from overseas and going through customs is a bit of a negative. Overall is reasonably priced with a easy to use website. I will be using FS.com again.

I am doing a technology update on my company data systems. I have ordered and received my initial (trial) order and installed the products. All were shipped and received as promised by FS. The shipping packaging was of exceptional quality and well designed. I ordered some custom SFP+ transceivers for a Zyxel switch which required FS to program and ship from China. All work as advertised and were purchased at an exceptional price related to other manufacturers offerings. I also ordered a custom fiber trunk cable. The quality of the received product was also exceptional and exceeded my expectations. I was assigned a sales representative (Suzy Xue) who has been quick to email me to confirm orders and shipping and also to answer questions. It is obvious the communications are translated out of Chinese but the communication has been polite and professional. Based on my initial impressions related to the previous order I have placed an additional order with FS.com.

I was looking to get some transceivers and fibre cables. I read through a forum and came a cross FS.com. Ordered some and came within 3 days from DE to NL. I would like to point out the exceptional shipping material. everything was in a nicely packaged. I even got an account manager assigned I guess it’s a store for businesses but never the less if i had something I knew where to go. The only thing i would like to see is an option for prices with Vat included so i can see the price as an consumer.

Excellent service, fast shipping from Melbourne arrived in Adelaide the next day. My only drawback is that some of the items were not in stock immediately, and I had to order them elsewhere - also the Cat5e/6 cables were significantly more expensive than my normal supplier (DataWorld .com .au ) if you were the cheapest with these cables I would shop with you guys always!
