I don't give it a 0 star because it's not possible... they promise shipping and it doesn't deliver, then they set shipping days, 3 more days go by and it still doesn't ship.

Bonjour, entreprise supposée spécialisée dans les réseaux, je ne demandais pas quelque chose de compliqué, juste un câble fibre optique pour relier ma box sfr au boîtier. J'ai appelé un conseiller commercial qui m'a conseillé un câble soi disant de bonne qualité et il ne fonctionne pas. Il ne doit pas être compatible car le voyant pon de ma box sfr ne s'allume même pas. Comment peut on se considérer comme expert en réseau et ne pas savoir conseiller un câble basique. J'attends un remboursement intégral surtout vu les tarifs. Merci

Absolute terrible service. Sent a request of what we needed. I was given a dedicated account manager. I was informed the items chosen would work for our needs, ie Security cameras, with wifi and 24volt. Items turned up, not wifi not 24v and did not work. Even after we complained, sent them screenshots of conversations I get answer like, would you like the item repaired? Don't waste your money.....

Ich würde noch nicht einmal einen Stern vergeben.... Bestellt habe ich über amazon Lindt Hennen. Beworben mit dem Text "Lindt Deko-Edition Handbemalt, Hennen in 3 verschiedenen Mustern" . Abgebildet waren tatsächlich 3 (!) Hennen. Als Preis wurde 5,94 Euro aufgerufen. Da ich den Preis einer Henne im Lindtladen kenne- er beträgt 1,89 Euro pro Stück-, habe ich das Set zweimal bestellt. Geliefert hat mir FS Onlinehandel allen Ernstes nur zwei Hennen, die jeweils mit 1,89 Euro ausgezeichnet sind. Und dieser Händler verlangt allen Ernstes 11,88 Euro für zwei Hennen, für die ich im Lindtladen nur 3,78 Euro gezahlt hätte. Ich fühle mich durch die Abbildung von drei Hennen vollkommen in die Irre geführt und betrogen. Die zwei Hennen zum Wucherpreis kann ich an diesen Händler nicht zurückgeben, um mein Geld zurück zu verlangen, da er eine Rücknahme ablehnt. Würde ich so meine Praxis führen, säße ich bereits im Gefängnis. Also VORSICHT bei diesem Händler! Ich werde mich zusätzlich bei Lindt beschweren. So etwas kann man nicht unkommentiert lassen!

Look, I am an IT professional, I purchase a security camera system 5 total cameras, and an NVR. I ended up losing the Job and losing money! 2 of the cameras did NOT have reset to default capabilities. If a password was set and lost, the device was locked and bricked.. they wouldn't even refund any of the equipment after I lost job and countless hours of labor. The only time I could get their support people on the line was in the middle of the night because they are in china. Yes, this company makes lower front-end pricing but you pay for it in the long run. I have a switch that I use in my office, my sales rep, with fs.com sent me the new firmware version via skype, and it bricked my switch, and it's been over 24 hours with no solution; thank God I have a spare unifi switch, or we would have no phone system no network, all nightmare.
