I bought a pair of S5860-24XB-U switches. I talked to a sales rep who answered questions that I couldn't find answers for on the FS website. The switches were in-stock in the USA -- a big plus. Post-purchase I was assigned an account manager. My manager has been there for me when I've had technical questions. The switches themselves meet or exceed my expectations. Based on my experience, FS is at the top of my list as a supplier of network equipment.

I ordered a 10 GBit AOC cable with a custom length of 0,5 m to link my Ubiquiti UDM Pro with my 24 port PoE Pro switch. First I was happy to have the possibility to define a custom length. They are stacked very close in a 19" rack so 0,5 m is more than enough to connect them. I specified that the cable should be for Ubiquiti network equipment. The order process was hazzle-free in terms of payment and also notificiations about the different shipment steps. I got the tracking code for TNT and received the package in a reasonable time frame. The package was shipped in a nice case with a manual. The cable works really plug n' play: No changes on the ports - just a stable 10 Gbit connection in few seconds. For connecting my network equipment with a 10 GBit aggregation switch next year I will buy another 2 cables with 0,5 m from FS. That's for sure!

FS does not only sell good products. They take care also in case of delivery problems.
