I'm a return customer and once again, they went above and beyond what I would have expecting. This time, there was a problem with FedEx 'loosing' two of the six boxes of my order. I worked with my customer representative and they shipped new boxes without waiting for the claim to be resolved by FedEx. What is also very commendable is their continuous open communication. I was kept updated on the whole process on a daily basis.

The expert advised received with speed and friendliness. My only issue was after finishing the chat, the chat box kept appearing in the way of the cart to pay for the items I was trying to purchase. The advice was great and correct as the SFPs worked without any issues.

I've made it a habit to purchase from those that provide a good product as well as good advice and service. FS does both. Harper my sales contact has always been a top notch agent for me - for a number of years now, very kind and very knowledged. Thanks again.
