Non-compliant to GDPR. Despite never signing up for marketing emails and manually unsubscribing from all marketing email in my account, I still receive unsolicited emails. I have emailed my "account manager", Rainbow Yang, twice requesting my email to be removed as per GDPR. I never signed up for "Happy Thanksgiving" emails, nor promotions and product news. There is no link to unsubscribe from marketing in their emails. At this point they are sending unsolicited emails, ignoring my requests to be removed from their marketing lists and violating GDPR by keeping my private data on record and providing no accessible way of removing it.

I'm in the process of ordering a Media Converter I need in a hurry. In the Netherlands iDeal payment to a webshop is instantaneously and they support it. I ordered on monday After some chat and mail sessions (they kept being very polite ;) ) it took till thursday to receive my payment. Now the order can finally be shipped and I'm confident that this process will work as it should. My recommendation would be to clearly warn iDeal users that payments can get delayed. In my case it will be way faster to just transfer the money via iDeal to my Paypal account and then pay from there. iDeal to Paypal is also instantaneous.
