I get my prescriptions filled at Fry's on Shea and 90th. Scottsdale. I went in a couple of months ago to pick up two prescriptions. One of them I didn't need to start taking right away as I still had some left over from previous refill. When I started taking the new refill of "T" pills I noticed the pills were smaller but I know that sometimes pharmacies use different companies so I thought perhaps another company made them a bit smaller. On 2/1/23 I noticed my "T" pills looked exactly like my second prescription of "E" pills. So I looked them up on line and saw my two bottles of pills were the exact same medication. I went to Fry's pharmacy that evening and told the pharmacist about getting the wrong pills in a bottle that said another kind of medication. He accused me of filling the first bottle "T" pills with my "E" pills. That's how I have the wrong pills in the "T" bottle! No questions just came right up to me and accused me doing this on my own. When I told him it was their mistake not mine he kept giving me his version of events being my own doing like I was some kind of addict looking to scam him out of more pills. He took all the pills away from me (yes the ones I paid for) and said he could no longer help me. I called the police and of course the pharmacist was all about saying him and I could have taken care of the matter peacefully. I explained what he accused me of doing but couldn't seem to get across the point that this could have been a dangerous incident had I been given a pill that I didn't take all together, bad enough I was taking my "E" prescription twice a day when I should have only taken it once a day. I ended up having to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy as the pharmacist was going to file his report and I'm sure say I was trying to scam him and I can no longer get my prescription from Fry's just so he could cover his own butt for his mistake. Watch out for this pharmacy and the pharmacist, check your medication to be sure it's right before leaving or you'll be accused of being some kind of addict working a scam if something like this happens to you.

We do our monthly shopping at Frys every month. On Jan 4th around 2.30 p.m., there were no carts available one cart was out of service and the other had a note that said does not charge. That's fine things happened we figured the third cart was being used because you have 3 electric carts for that store. We just said we will wait until tomorrow to shop. The second day at 10.30 am we encountered the exact same issue 2 carts down and thought the third was being used. That is fine we will come back in the morning. So the next day we got up made a special point to be there when they opened and we were the first ones in line when they opened up at 7 am and went straight to the carts and guess what 2 carts down and there was no third cart and that is when we got upset and went to Walmart. For monthly groceries, we spend around 300 dollars which Walmart got instead of Fruys. I am not sure if management gets bonuses every month for being below cost that kind of conducting business can lead to customer service being sacrificed. Im not sure about this but I think certain types of stores are responsible for making sure that Businesses provide access for disabled patron and carts that are broken down does not provide reasonable access for people with disabilities. I will try and find out by looking into this.

The Frys store I went to was on Broadway in mess. The manager would not give me the sale price because I did not enter my #. I told him I would call cooperate office to complain he told me to go ahead they won't do anything. This happen June 2022 I shop at Safeway now.

1st/Grant This pharmacist is frustrated because she's the only pharmacist in the pharmacy. She has ONE helper and just herself. I came in 4 days after my Rx was delivered so I would t have to wait 2.5 hours to have it filled. I was wrong. They said that unless I come at 4pm that I will have to wait for 2 hours. I waited 2 hours 25 minutes and finally it was ready. Before I could get my Rx from the pharmacist though I was lectured by her! She told me not to come before 4pm and not to RUSH THEM! I wasn't aware that a 2.5 hour wait was rushing? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED PHARMACIST who makes time to lecture customers but not to fill rxs? Also she was in the back on her personal phone for 10" If Fry's can't afford to hire enough Pharmacy people to take care of its consumers then Close the Pharmacy.

Their online pharmacy dashboard is inoperable. I have tried chrome, edge, and firefox. No addons. I can log in to the main store page but pharmacy page returns "error.' Can't even log into the app. Copied the password into the app and my credentials are "wrong." Either find better IT people, or pay them a living wage so they care about their job. This has been going on for days.

Transaction date 01/16/2022 Purchase a $100 Gift card 4030-****-****-9217, paid $105.95 with fees Visa Prepaid Gift Card failed to work We have reached out to the company on the very next day the 17th (1st call), was told right when I purchase the card and active a fraud charge was reported so they deactivate the card, they order a replacement card and was told I will receive my replacement card with in 7-14 business days. We called the company back on the Fed 2nd (2nd call) was told by their manager I should received my card on the 3rd the next day, this will mark the 14th business day. Now its the 7th of Feb and I still have not received my replacement card. I am very disappointed very upset, as the Kroger company Fry's food on 10660 Grand Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351 advertise their fuel points promotion when purchasing these gift cards and here we are 23 days later still waiting for my gift card. Fry's food store refuse to help, stating all gift card purchase are final. This is not right, Kroger needs to step up to fix this issue or give me my refund back!!!. This is the 3rd time this have happened to me when I purchase these gift cards from Fry's Food during their fuel point promotion. I tried already tried calling this 888.853.9536 no help what so ever, you get customer service people from India very difficult to understand, all I get from this company I have to wait another 3 business days this makes 17 business days, just excuses after excuses. This next step if this BBB complaint doesn't fix help fix my problem will be small claims court.

I picked up Honeycrisp apples- the whole entire tray was labeled "honey crisps on sale 97C". At the counter, it rang $3.97/lbs. I asked what the sale was and the assistant front end manager (Gary" at Northern and 51 ave, glendale, AZ, treated me like a criminal- just like I wanted free stuff, I was quite embarrassed. Anyway, this was my worse experience ever at a Frys Food Store.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The fry's on hunt highway RARELY has the drive through open, they take 3 - 4 days or more to fill prescriptions, and if you are in the hospital and need a prescription, you have to wait hours or days! This is totally unacceptable in this day and age. Hunt highway had 6 people working in the pharmacy but say they don't have enough staff to open the drive through. This makes it very clear they want sick people in the store so others get sick and they can sell more medication. They should all be fired and replaced with human beings.
