Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Had to have to classify each item - just an overly-complicated way to enter items and make outfits. Then, you go k you have paid for full access but, No! If you want to wear a blazer instead of a cardigan, you can’t because a blazer is considered “business attire.” And, the interactive is very glitchy. Seems like something is frequently wrong

Update — April 2026: Shan, I wanted to pop back in with good news. Version 2 of the Interactive is here and rolling out to members now — and it directly addresses what you experienced. Adding items is much simpler, and the glitches have been worked out. I'd love for you to give it a fresh try. Reach out and we'll get you set up. ---------- Hi Shan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — I’m really sorry to hear you felt frustrated using the Interactive. That’s never what we want for our customers. We’re currently working on a new feature that will streamline the closet customization experience, and we’re so excited about it. Many of our users have expressed that it’ll be just what they’re looking for. It may be another couple of months before it’s released, but it will be available to all users as soon as it’s ready. The Interactive is still considered a newer tool and technically in beta — but it has come so far in just a few years and continues to improve all the time. What sets it apart from other style apps is that instead of leaving you to figure out how to create outfits from scratch, we provide outfit templates and formulas you can drop your real clothes into. That way, the guesswork is taken out of how to put together unique and stylish outfits with what you already own. I know it can feel like a lot up front, but once the setup is done, most users say it totally changes their mornings. They go from feeling “meh” about their closet to actually liking what they wear again — without having to buy new clothes. That’s really the heart behind this tool: helping women use what they already own in fresh ways that work for real life. Shan, I’d love to make this right — I’m reaching out personally to see if we can help get things working better for you. Warmly, Corina
