The personal service (& the follow-up) is second to none. I've even received personal calls from Tom Doyle himself to see how my plants are doing. The blackberries are awesome and exceed what they promised. This is a GREAT company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

The seedlings arrived in decent condition. They grew to a medium size but only about 6 blackberries per Bush were produced. Our winter was fairly mild, with only 3 days below -15 degrees. All 6 plants were winter killed however, even with about 3 inches of maple leaves covering them. I don't feel these are hardy enough for Canadian winters. I complained, but revieved no response and no replacement offers.

Unfortunately, we don't have a Canadian distributor and are unable to replace plants in Canada so i am issuing a refund. Sorry, I missed prior messages
