I have had my account for 3 months now. I have never felt better about managing my daily expenses... I always knew the benefit of autopaying my bills but have never had the flexibility to turn it on... not having keep track of when bills are due and when I can pay them has made things so much easier and the split system keeps me accountable for my goals and allows me the freedom to plan trips, to go shopping, and etc. without feeling guilty about what I spent and where the money should have gone. Highly recommend to beginner adults lol this will help you sleep at night.

Mary is amazing. I truly feel comfortable and assured the advice she is giving me is all in my best interest. I wish there was a Samsung app for Fruitful. It's a bit annoying to have to log in via the web browser. Also definitely need the ability to add beneficiaries to accounts, because I can't add i unfortunately haven't opened any additional acounts with Fruitful

On a positive note, this company really puts people first. Even though you pay a (some might say) high fee for the services, you really get your moneys worth for the amount of care and guidance and support they offer. I was able to explain a lot to my CFP, we talked about my lifestyle and many things pretty intimate to understand just how best to work my finances. On the more negative side, unfortunately, she left very abruptly for maternity leave, which is obviously fine but we got so personal I felt odd she didn't mention the pause was coming. Secondly, out of no where we got an email that the APY was going down from 5 to 4% which was very shocking. It would have been nice to hear from our CFP's personally since this was one of the main selling points she made for me to move all my money there. It felt a bit of a backstab. Lastly, recently my main financial institution asked for an account ownership proof of the fruitful account, I called them about 5 times with the other bank on the line and no one was answering. The other financial institution was very suspicious telling me, its not normal banks don't answer the phone for urgent issues, I guess this is the drawback of being such a small firm, it would be great if they had a bigger bank that dealt with issues like this, I felt scared that I didn't know how my money was being managed and no one was really there to answer my urgent issues.

Fruitful has been very helpful on my journey towards economic security. I really appreciate my advisor, Angela, who is supportive and nonjudgmental in her approach. My only qualm is the lack of Zelle modality the platform has for their customer. However, I still think it’s very worth it.

Our initial CFP started off solid but then out of the blue left for maternity leave. Obviously that wasnt a big deal, it just felt abrupt. We were getting to know her and form a relationship and then received an email stating she's out on maternity leave. It almost made us feel like she was just being fake to us, especially because my wife is also pregnant and we talked several times about children. OUr second CFP, Naomi, is fantastic. She listens well and is able to pivot directions without hesitation.

My Fruitful experience has been exceptional thus far. Fruitful provides very useful resources as it pertains to the various aspects of money management, whether it be the foundational elements such as automating cash flow or more detailed insights pertaining to investment options, Fruitful provides it all. In addition, my experience with my advisor has been extremely valuable. I appreciate the hands-on approach that's provided as well as the accountability I'm held to by my advisor, ensuring that my money management practices are applied not just in theory but in real-life.
