I would have LOVED this gift had it been delievered as what I thought I'd paid for - EXACTLY like the photo. The flowers were inserted vertically instead of on a horizontal diagonal, which would have made the fruit boquet look especially spectacular. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to send this to my daughter across the country. Of course, it's expensive, so I want the same beauty that I see online. Still happy I sent them, just don't know if I will again. I so dislike when I do not get what I think I'm paying for. Every employee should know how to make every fruit basket exactly the way it's shown to the one who's going to purchase it.

Very disappointed in this company. Very expensive shipping cost and my friend received the fruit 3 days later than promised.

I ordered a fruit basket for someone's birthday.. I ordered it on the same day I needed it delivered. I received the confirmation, it read it would be delivered the following day.. I didnt want the arrangement the following day.. I used the Chat link in hopes of canceling the order.. They asked me for my name, recipients name, order#, etc.. After waiting for 4 minutes, they tell me to hold while checking the order 1 to 2 minutes, (this is after I waited 4 minutes already).. I felt I wasnt getting any where with this feature and deleted the chat. I then called the 1 800 number and spoke to someone, who basically said they could not help me due to the fact that someone was already working on it.. They explained that once someone has the order, no one else can process the order in any way... Okay, but I never got anywhere with the Chat in the first place because I deleted the conversation that I wasnt having... So finally while talking to a customer service rep, the Chat person mysteriously comes back on and says they have cancelled my order and I should get an email 12 to 24 hours.. Still havent gotten it, but got this one to rate... I have done a lot of business with 1 800 flowers, and, Im sorry, but I am not pleased with their customer service.. I dont need this kind of service, as there are so many other florists I can use. Maybe the reps are just doing their jobs, but the system in itself needs improvement. Customers are anxious to get the arrangements out for their people and dont need this nonsense...

they come Completely failed to deliver on the product (1)I ordered the food basket on february 12th twelve from my wife to be delivered on the 13th 1 day before valentines day. The basket never arrived (2) I submitted an inquiry and no one contacted me until the 14th valentines Day to tell me that they couldn't complete the order. A complete waste of over 60 hrs of my time an no valentines day gift for my wife. (3) on the 14th when someone finally reached out they offered me a 20 dollar credit and my money back. A complete waste of time and terrible offer for my wasted time. I asked to speak to a manager and it's February 24th I'm still waiting no one reached back. (4) I called American express and got a refund on my own this company is horrible and unorganized.

Awful experience with this company. Paid extra to get deliver same day, got no updates or confirmation so I had to call to figure out what was going on and they pushed it to the next day without telling me. Continued to send no updates so I called again and customer service and they HUNG UP ON ME. Do not use this company!

We sent a very expensive fruit basket for a family reception after a funeral service and they missed the deliver date! HORRIBLE, inexcuseable.

The delivery showed up the next day, not same day. The picture of the fruit bouquet was the same picture used for edible arrangements and once it was delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. The fruit was dry and tasteless. What a waste of $134.00. Will never order from them in the future.
