This company is a fraud! Preying on the elderly! Taking orders for a life like animated toy puppy that lonely elderly will see on reputable news website advertisements (Boston globe, Boston Herald, etc) and will feel safe to purchase from. Delivery will take over a month (in this age of 24 hour delivery). When the elderly person receives the item it is not what was depicted on the website. It is a wind up cheaply made carnival, discount store poorly felted automaton that the person has paid 69.99 plus shipping for. Worse off: this was an item that elderly look to for distraction maybe even some form of companionship.

No guarantee and postage costs as much as the fake product. Even if you use PayPal to purchase it, there is no assistance from them to get your money back unless you pay the high postage charges.

Nach einer Anzeige in der "WELT" habe ich drei dieser "KI-Spielzeuge" bestellt. Die drei Artikel trafen jeweils in kleinen Jutesäckchen ein. Ohne jedwede Anleitung oder einen Hinweis. Sie hatten mit den Abbildungen in der Anzeige ungefähr soviel gemein, wie ein Kochtopf mit einem Gänseblümchen. Die "Bewegungsabläufe" gestalteten sich in batteriebetrieben Tieren der 1970er Jahre flüssiger und realistischer, als bei diesen jedem Kind angsteinflößendem Wesen. Meiner Meinung nach handelt es sich hier um einen größer angelegten Betrug, als dem Ansinnen, auch nur ein ansatzweise zu gebrauchendes Spielzeug, das mit den Anzeigen ungefähr nichts zu tun hat, auf den Markt zu bringen.
