This was the first time I have shipped anything to England from the US. I called and emailed several shipping companies and First Choice was the first to get back to me. It was EXTREMELY helpful that I was able to talk to someone on the phone. There is NO WAY I would have been able to navigate the shipping document required to complete the shipment, without step-by-step help. The person who guided me through the process was exceptionally patient, polite and knowledgeable. I was happy with the whole process.

Any small UK business will tell you that Brexit has been an intolerable nightmare for those of us that ship our products into the EU. It's been a complete nightmare for months to get anything shipped over the border. Well, First Choice Shipping just sorted my first package, fully insured, back into the EU today.
